Sterling silver souvenir spoon of Old Point Comfort, The Moat, Fortress Monroe, Virginia. The spoon is in great condition with no dings, dents, or monograms. The handle is deeply embossed with "OLD POINT COMFORT", a cannon with ram rod, a sword, laurel leaves, and lots of fancy scroll work ; and he back has more edge scroll work. The bowl is embossed with "THE MOAT FORTRESS MONROE", the stone walls of the moat, and three large buildings in the back ground. The spoon is marked with Durgin's hallmark of a script "D" in a circle, "STERLING", and "W. H. KIMBERLY, JR." the retailer. The spoon is 4 1/8 inches long. Shipping and handling to the USA is $5.00 priority mail in a box wrapped in bubble wrap with delivery confirmation or $3.00 first class mail in a bubble envelope wrapped in bubble wrap with delivery confirmation, to Canada it is $2.00 air mail letter post in a bubble envelope wrapped in bubble wrap with insurance not available, and to all foreign countries $5.25 global priority letter wrapped in bubble wrap with insurance not available, and I will combine additional spoons won at $0.50 additional shipping cost.
