A delightful three piece traveling, boxed breakfast set featuring an eggcup, a spoon, and a napkin ring, the napkin ring having been married, and not original with the set. The Box itself measures approximately 6" x 6" and is brown morocco leather. The eggcup is 2 7/8" high and 2" in diameter at the lip, and bears the London hall mark for 1876,and the maker mark of Martin & Hall as does the spoon. The spoon also bears a worn Royal Registry Mark. The spoon is 5" long. The napkin ring, on the other hand, is hallmarked Birmingham 1871 (I think). The napkin ring measures 1 3/4" in diameter, and 1" in height. One has to look closely to see that the napkin ring is not original, as the size is perfect, and the beading around the edge just matches the other two pieces. All three silver pieces are in excellent condition, allowing for 125 years of polishing and normal wear.
