STEVEN LUNDBERG GLASS ART COBALT TSUNAMI VASE 2002 NR Beautiful Lundberg Tsunami vase in excellent condition, absolutely no chips or cracks at all with great color, looks fabulous. Size is approximately 4 3/4 inches high and 3 inches across opening of top, bottom diameter is 2 1/2, 4 across widest point of middle. Vase is well balanced and aligned, a feat that is hard to do with these Tsunamis. Vase has absolutely no chips or cracks at all with great cobalt color and iridescence, looks incredible. Bottom etched signed in glass "S Lundberg Glass 2002" and also has gold circular foil label on bottom that says "Steven Lundberg Glass Art." This is one of the very few and rare pieces that were done by Steven and Justin together in the now defunct Santa Cruz studio while Steven was still actually blowing glass himself, rare father / son master glass. Although not now able to blow glass, Steve continues to be a visionary in all he does. Just as the artist forged new frontiers in glass blowing, he is now at the frontiers of ALS research and treatment. Although the Lundberg glass dynasty still thrives, we all pray and look forward to the day when Steve is blowing glass again and he and all the untold others that suffer from this horrible disease are healed.
