VINTAGE STICKLEY BROTHERS HAMMERED COPPER VASE / POT
Circa 1910 vintage Arts & Crafts era hammered copper pot w/ two riveted handles, manufactured by Stickley Brothers Company, Grand Rapids, Michigan. Marked on bottom, #425. Good sized vase, stands 9-1/8" tall . Diameter of body is 8-1/4". Heavy gauge copper. Measures 11" from handle to handle. Very good condition w/ the exception of a dent to one handle (see photo). Original patina. Folded rim at top, dovetailed seam, flush inset bottom. Handles are riveted in place w/ three rivets each connection, so a total of 12. W the handles meet the body, t is a heart shaped mounting plate. Great form. I've included a pic of another SB pot that is larger but has the same form and riveted handle detailing.
