Stieff Sterling Silver Rose Pattern Serving Knife Fork For auction is an Antique Serving Knife and Fork. These serving pieces are made by Stieff, we believe that this is the rose pattern. The knife overall measures 11.5" in length, the handle measures approx. 4.25" and the blade part measures approx. 7.25" in length. W the blade and the handle meet t is a piece of silver that measures 1.75" X 1.25" and the knife sets up off of the table or counter. This piece of silver is engraved with Stieff Sterling. The back of the knife has the follwoing engraved in it: The Stieff Co., Stainless Steel, Sterling Handle The serving fork overall measures approx. 9.5" in length, the handle measures 3.75" and the fork part measures 5.25" in length. The fork part has STAINLESS engraved in it. T is a silver piece that separates the fork from the handle, this piece has Stieff, Sterling engraved on it also. The handles are textured and the design is repeated on both the front and the back of both pieces. The total weight of these 2 pieces is 9.375 troy ounces. These pieces are in excellent condition, they have been stored in a silver box. Please refer to pictures.
