You Are Bidding on A STODDARD BLACKING BOTTLE VERYCRUDE BLACK OLIVE GREEN COLOR WITH MILLIONS OF SEE BUBBLES.THIS BOTTLE HAS A OLIVEGREEN LOOK TO IT. 1820 /1840 era. The bottle is a black olive green with color toneing from olivegreen to black,the bottle has a slight indented base, with a hinge and pontil scar that is right off the charts flared fire polished lip.A nice New Eangland glass house bottle.The bottle measuring 4 5/8 inches tall and 1 3/4 by 1 5/8 inches across the base. The bottle has small kettle stones in such a crude batch of glass making it so bubbly and It has no irradiated stones, has some iron fragment on one panel top right pictures will show,it also has no chips dings or scratches. This is not a dug item and no other issues with this one fine piece of early american glass. millions of tiny seed bubbles as well as a large one in one sholder.I hate letting this one go !
