The 8" tall polystone statue, depicting the petrified remains of the three Trolls that Bilbo foiled in the adventures of 'The Hobbit, is from the Sideshow Collectibles 'The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring' statue collection. Released in January of 2003 as a website exclusive, this statue was limited to a 750 piece, hand numbered edition as well as a small number of Artists Proofs. Artist Proofs were reserved for the movie studio executives, the filmmakers and Sideshow partners. Critical acclaim and Oscar nominations brought the second film of this trilogy to world-wide attention and sent the demand for the original LOTR: Fellowship of the Ring collectible line skyrocketing. This statue carries slight paint color fluctuations caused from the hand painted technique. The overall surface seems to be clean of imperfections such as white spots, paint dabs, etc. This item will include the original color box, standardized packing materials and original shipper box. The color box has some minor scuffs and wear from our Production Department's inspection process. The original factory seals (tape) were broken and some of the packing tissue paper was affected during the inspection process as well. Payment details: Payment expected to be completed in U.S. dollars within five business days from close of auction. Visa, Master Card, American Express cards, and International Bank wires accepted. No Visa Electron cards, international debit cards, Paypal payments or CODs accepted. Auction winners must submit their payment details by phone , Monday through Friday, 9am - 4:30pm PT. International winners can also send their payment details via our secure fax to .* Buyers who do not meet the payment deadline for whatever reason, will have their auction cancelled for non-payment and be reported to Ebay. The item will then be offered to the next highest bidder. Shipment details: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, taxes and /or import fees if applicable. We will ship your item via a traceable service and require you to sign for the delivery. Sideshow Collectibles will also insure the shipment at the appropriate value. Your item will ship within five business days from receipt of payment. The auction will provide details about the inclusion of shipper boxes. If your item does not come in the original shipper box, then it will be bubble wrapped and packaged in a shipping carton. If your item comes with the original shipper carton, then we will be labeling this and shipping the item as all the original items were shipped to our clients. We will not be double boxing any original shipper cartons. Returns / Refunds: All items were opened and inspected by our Production Department for auction purposes.
