Stoney Creek Designs Hodges Pharmacy 1:48 Scale, O, On3, On30 This kit was released in 2004 at the Narrow Gauge Convention in San Jose. It is a limited edition kit from Roger Malinowski of Stoney Creek Designs. It includes the fabulous cast stone walls and brick store front facade. I've only seen this kit on ebay a few times over the past five years. When I purchased this kit, the original box was water damaged but none of the components had been damaged. I removed all of the laser cut parts from their sheets and checked each part against the inventory parts list in the instructions. I unwrapped the castings to ensure they had been untouched. The instructions, drawings and signs were also in good shape. I have matched every part to the parts list and ensure the buyer that t is nothing missing from this kit. This kit is extremely difficult to find and I am listing it with a very low starting price. Don't miss this chance to own one of the best buildings to come out of the studios of Stoney Creek Designs.
