New 1/12 th scale dolls house kit. This comes flat packed with easy to follow assembly instructions. The house is undecorated mdf this allows you to finish it to your liking. The house has only been painted to show how it could look when finished. Cut using industrial CNC machines to my exacting standards. Grooved and rebated together for strength. All divisions can be positioned where you choose. Window bars are cut into the 9mm front for strength. All components are 9mm mdf for the house except 6mm for the small door and 4mm for the trim on the front. Internal door openings are made to suit standard imported doors opening size in the divisions are 77mm wide 180mm high this is about normal. Stairs are solid mdf. Adults dolls house only.
