Two deep red roses bloom against the white enamel background of this vintage English compact by Stratton. Goldtone compact is unused, in the Princess or Tudor Rose shape, and comes complete with its original powder puff marked "Stratton" and its original powder screen. Inside lid reads "Made in England." Mirror has some discoloration around the edges but still wears its original paper instruction tag. Back is covered with tiny stars and marked "Stratton." Although there are no dings or dents or scratches of any kind, the lid to the loose powder compartment does not close tightly. Comes with its original black cloth pouch. A nice addition to a vintage compact collection.
