In order to file a claim for items shipped via FedEx, FedEx requires that the shipper file the claim and PHOTOS of the damaged item & box must be submitted by the shipper within 7 days of when the item was received by the recipient. All items shipped by FedEx have coverage up to $100.00 included in the shipping cost at no additional cost. In the event the closing price of the item exceeds $100.00, a nominal amount will be added to the invoice for additional coverage. We do this to protect you - the buyer. Failure to follow FedEx's policy nullifies and voids your right to file a claim. For items shipped via USPS, insurance is optional unless the closing price exceeds $50.00. For items over $50.00, insurance will be added to your invoice.
