Modern day version of the traditional Star pattern, made of cotton or cotton blend fabrics (we are not sure), machine sewn swatches, but hand quilted, with many unconventional colors used in its construction: this quilt has seen its use, no doubt, but the previous owner were careful and there are no stains and just one small hole and one popped seam. The edge is in good shape, the back is clean and no problems to report there. It has one main, central star, and one smaller star in each corner. All stars are different. This was a quilt that took a lot of work to finish. There are no labels on the quilt. We thought at one point it could be an Arch Quilts product, made in China in the traditional American fashion of all cotton fabrics, all hand sewn, etc. but we have not been able to find any Arch Quilt like this one, so maybe it was made by a competitor or by a small manufacturer. The shape is practically square, 82" by 80". The bed in the pics is a queen size, 80" by 60'. The quilt has some batting, but not much: it is not a thick, comforter-style quilt, but rather something made for decoration as a striking colorful bedspread. Starting here, the damages on the quilt. This one is the small hole from a distance, so you can notice the location; next photo is a close-up of the same hole. Popped seam.
