This is a collectible Little Red Riding Hood stringholder sitting figurine. A whimsical item, it is marked on the bottom Pat Des no 135889. The pattern she is decorated in is called Pink Springtime Floral Flowers, a very lavish colorful floral pattern as shown on her apron.
