In the event we don't have the exact same item we will issue you a refund of your PURCHASE PRICE. All our rugs come with a 15 Year Commerical Guarantee . This guarantee promises that the pile of the rug will not wear. We charge an additional 30 dollars for all shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, and CANADA. We will not ship outside of these areas. Please note, we are unable to ship to APO's, FPO's or P.O. Boxes.
