Stromberg-Carlson No. 1-A Horn Speaker. Beautiful "S" shape paper mache' tree bark textured bell - 13 1/2" diameter - stands 24" high overall. Reproducer coil tests OK. Horn has several rub marks inside bell & on edges (see photos). Front could be re-textured/painted. Rear side of the horn is still quite good. Metal ferrule on the horn base is a copper repo. This was one of my many restoration projects that I never got around to finishing. Although the speaker has a few issues it still displays well for a horn of 80+ years of age. It presently works but no further guarantee to its workability after shippment. Payment and Shipping: Buyer pays actual shipping cost only - no charge for expert packing. Est. about 6-10 lbs.
