This vintage sewing box was used by a German-born woman for her personal use only, but was trained as a seamstress in Germany and came to America and became an USA citizen. It is clean and the sides open up easily to full length. It has the sticker, "A-S Strommen Bruk Hamer Product of Norway, see picture.It measures:closed 19 1/2" long; wide, 10 1/2"; high, 17 3/4" and opened accordian style 46 1/2" long.Handles and legs will be taken off for safe shipping, easily reapplied.Thank you.
