Description Chalice: 14.25" (h) x 12" (w) and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. This exceptional piece is monumental in scale, starting from the 6" wide foot, through the full-bodied midsection, to the well defined rim; they don't get much larger than this! Featuring alternating designs of mother and child repeating six times around the midsection, separated by incised images of fish; all of which are reoccurring themes found in Edwin's body of work. Covered in a soft matt, light blue glaze. Incised 'Scheier 82' to base. Regarding PAYPAL - due to the value of this item, I will accept paypal, however the buyer must agree to cover the additional fees (3%) associated with a paypal transaction.
