SEE DESCRIPTION BELOW THE FOLLOWING PICTURES This Marazion Pottery butter dish has an unusual bird design which looks like it may be a stork or cormorant. It is in great all round condition with no cracks and the only flaw I can find is a very small nick to the one edge of the base tray which has been coloured-in at some time and is not easy to find. There are also a couple of very small light surface scratches to the cover but these, again, are not easy to see. Internally it is clean and stain free. The butter dish measures 10.5 cm (just over 4 inches) in height to the top of the lid and the base dish is 18.5 cm (7 ¼ inches) across. The underside of the base has the Marazion, Cornwall mark which can be seen in one of the photographs above. Due to the weight involved, the most economical method of dispatch within the UK will be by Parcel Post (estimated delivery 3-5 working days) at a cost of £5.30. Shipping to Europe by airmail will be £8.42. Airmail small packet to the rest of the world, except for Australasia, will be £15.30 whilst to Australia it will be £15.94.
