Item is brand new in box.. box might have some marks on it but item never opened besides to check all contents there-- still in packaging and instructions also in box. Great for trolley or Budd cars, etc...- stops any engine/trolley that has a reverse unit in it ,mechanical e unit or electronic e unit. Also reverses it and sends it back through its paces while optional horn whistle can be blown automatically at station stops as well. I have 2 of these brand new.One i will keep and ONE is for sale........
