Description: This auction for an outstanding Kurdish rug which was made late 19th century, It has very nice open field design which usually comes from Talish Caucasian rugs. It has very nice design also I believe is unusual for a Kurdish rugs, gorgeous border design at red color surroundes this colorful open field rug. T are many animals and human figures at this rug which made it so attractive.Nice deep red, old and gorgeous green, awesome blue at two different shape, light red, brown, ivory, white and many others are the colors of this outstanding rug. I believe all colors are natural and 100% vegetal dyes.This rug has a great size, so size of that is: 6'-6"x3'-1".This rug is in excellent condition without having any problem. Rug is in full even pile with any repairs, worn areas, smells, colors and etc. Both ends and selvages are originally intact. The wool of this rug is absolutely soft and handles of that like a dream and the design and colors is impossible to describe.Rug is so beautiful and really bold and old, I believe it is hard to find same rug at this age, design, color combination and condition, so I proudly offer this magnificent rug at minimum starting price of $599, so make your bids before is too late.
