Up for your consideration is a beautiful Black, Starr and Frost Sterling Tea Set. All are marked with the mark shown but the tea stand, warmer part and the lid of the sugar bowl are marked B S & F then lion, leopard head, i. I believe that this mark dates the tea set to 1924. All of the pieces feature a beautiful repousse design which includes a swan and a fox (I think it is a fox). All but the tea pot on the stand and the stand have feet and a lion. The set is in good condition no dings. The handles of the pots are wood some of the handles have a slightly darker patina then others. Any shadows, bright spots, or yellowy glow is due to the photography only. It includes: Waste Bowl - measures about 3 1/2" high and about 4 1/4" in diameter. It weighs 287 grams on my scale. Creamer - measures about 4 1/2" high (to the handle). It weight 261 grams on my scale. Sugar Bowl and lid - bowl measures about 3 1/2" high (add about 2" with lid on to tip of lid handle) and is about 4 1/4" in diameter. It weighs about 365 grams on my scale. The smaller footed Tea pot - measures about 7" to the tip of the lid. The lid is hinged. It weighs 759 grams on my scale (this includes the wooden handle). Coffee Pot - measures about 8" high to the tip of the lid. The lid is hinged. It weighs 758 grams on my scale (this includes the wooden handle). Large teapot - measures about 9" inches to the handle and about 7" to the tip of the lid. It weighs about 808 grams on my scale. Tea Pot Stand - Consists of the burner and the stand. The stand is about 7" tall and it weighs about 587 grams on my scale. TRAY NOT INCLUDED! CHECK OUT MY OTHER ITEMS FOR THE TRAY!!
