This is the 3rd bracelet offered this week. All of these wonderful pieces came from the estate of a 90+ year old lady. She had an outstanding jewelry collection, and all the items listed this week are from her sale. This is a most unusual bracelet..Just outstanding in every way. It measures 7 1/2 in. long and 1 1/2 in. wide. It features very fine workmanship with the inlay of the silver. It is made up of 3 large panels and 3 smaller panels of silver beads. The larger panels contain a large brown set with the abalone and silver inlay in the center. As you can see, the silver makes up a face wearing a mask. The outer mask looks like a large birds face. Quite fierce~. Then each brown set is surrounded by fine scroll work. The earrings are a rounded version of the mask motif and have a screw back, typical of the 1940's. This set was made by TNC..a very skilled Taxco silversmith. It is marked 925..see the second photo for full details. The 3 pieces together weigh 66 grams. Thanks for looking and don't miss seeing my other Taxco pieces!!
