Many years ago, I met Sugar Ray Robinson at the Olympic Auditorium in Los Angeles, w he was a spectator at a boxing match. He used his ballpoint pen to sign a slip of paper for me. The irregular shaped paper measures 2 1/4" X 4". He wrote "Best Wishes" above his name. Included with this offer is a 2 1/2" X 3 1/2", black and white trading card picturing Sugar Ray. It is in mint condition, and was printed by AW Sports, Inc. in 1991. This legendary fighter is generally recognized as "pound for pound" the greatest fighter of all time. These items will make a conversation piece when they are hanging on your wall. Also included is the Nov. 1957 issue of Boxing and Wrestling Magazine, featuring Robinson and Carmen Basilio on the cover.
