Item for auction is a 3.92g beautiful crusted part slice of the rare Sulagiri LL6 meteorite that fell in Tamil Nadu, India on September 12, 2008, with a TKW of 110kg. Although the total known weight is somewhat high, not much material has gotten out of the country so this may be your best opportunity to obtain this rare fall. This auction is starting at ~$5/g, which is far below the market value of this stone, which has been seen going for $15-$20/g or more. The specimen features a lot of surface area for the weight, and comes in its own high quality labeled display case for protection and years of viewing pleasure, along with a Big Kahuna Meteorites Certificate of Authenticity.
