This listing is for a SUNDO,( STACKER and OLMS) auto altimeter probably made around 1920. It was no doubt originally in some high grade European automoble. Features include thick beveled lens, nickle plated body, and knurled outer bezel so you can"zero" it every day for touring pleasure and accuracy as you motor in the Alps. Dial is graduated in feet from 0-10,000 feet. Bezel has small white needle set pointer, revolves with bezel ring. 2" dial,3" o.a. diameter, will protrude 7/8" from dashboard. Very similar to the TYCOS auto altimeters installed in Duesenbergs in the twenties and thirties, this one definitely of that vintage, and still accurate. This instrument has been ultrasonically cleaned, then sparingly lubricated with moebious clock oil to provide many years of trouble free service in weather predicting aboard your vessel. Finally it has been precision calibrated in my IDEAL-AEROSMITH calibration chamber to provide complete accuracy.Check out the calibration report for assurance of accuracy.
