WELCOME TO MY AUCTIONS. PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING !! All my antique pocketwatches are in original untouched condition. If running, they are usually checked for running-time and accuracy. Any faults which are known are included in the description. I will always be honest and open, and be as accurate as possible. Please study the photographs carefully, since they are an integral part of the description. If you are unsure about anything….ASK ! Antique and vintage watches may need servicing, even if they are listed as running, and unless otherwise stated they may need cleaning or other adjustments or maintenance. More often than not, covers can be stiff to remove, and may require a sharp blade to flick open. This is normal, and not a fault. Expect a piece to exhibit exterior and sometimes interior wear and tear, commensurate with its age and use. Please do not expect an antique watch to run or operate exactly like a modern timepiece.
