Stewart Warner R-1252 "The Berkley" Tombstone (1933) You are looking at another of the highly Art Deco models made by this high end factory. The radio is in remarkable factory original condition, with a nice finish, factory speaker cloth and knobs. The radio has, been sitting on my shelf for at least 25 years. i never bothered to do the electronics, yet bringing the radio up on a Variac...the set lit and hummed. I bet a couple of caps and filters along with a new power cord and you will have a great player.. I doubt you will find a better untouched and original example.....as it is that crisp. The radio was part of the premier line and was so notable, it received the classic naming of "The Berkley." This is an impressive radio in both performance and Deco looks, measuring 17"H x 14-1/2"W x 9-1/4"D. SHIPPING TO CONFIRMED PAY PAL ADDRESS ONLY
