DescriptionI have the most wonderful and exceptional Marvin Bailey MINI Face Jug - it is whimsical, colorful, and fun all in one! The fantastic blueish brown glaze is rare and colorful. This little guy measures approximately 2 ¾" tall and is 2 ½" wide ear to ear. It also has 6 teeth! Marvin Bailey's name is signed on the bottom of this great mini face jug. This is a one of a kind mini face jug by this great potter! Marvin Bailey is such a creative potter; you never know what subject he will be creating. He is a self-taught Southern Folk Potter from Lancaster, SC. He makes all of his own pottery. Marvin's pottery has become highly sought after and quite collectible. This little mini jug is MINT! There are no chips or cracks. It is extremely nice and would be an asset for any collector!Marvin has mastered pottery styles reminiscent of traditional South Carolina folk art.
