Hello and welcome to another one of Tex's great auctions! This is one of the many great collectible items I will be auctioning off this week. You may notice it has been awhile since I have ran an auction, I took a break from the computer it was starting to feel like a job. I am ready to start off- loading more of my collections of you name it! I have tons of great books and collectible paper that I am going to sell, I have been collecting for twenty years and the wife says I have to downsize. This auction is for a great Zippo lighter in Excellent condition! This patent date is (2,032695) which I believe is 1937, This great lighter is in very good condition and is inscribed on the front with the name "L.J.Gilmore" under that it reads "PMS-GHQ FEC 1947-1949" Now I am not sure if this in refrence to the FEC RailRoad or some sort of Military company? GHQ has to do with tanks as well as trains? The back of this lighter has a nice engraving of what appears to be an Asian water scene. This lighter also has a loop on the hinge to hang from a chain. This item is in excellent working condition and would make a great addition to any Zippo collection.. Shipping for this auction will be $ 3.00 and international friends will pay much more.
