This lovely Sterling Silver Coffee and Tea Set by Reed and Barton dates to about 1910 I believe. Heavy Tiffany quality, the workmanship and design are superb. The handles are carved ebony as are the finials. It is styled in a Late Georgian design with paw feet and gadrooned bodies. The creamer goes with the set very well but is not an exact match. It is English sterling, London c. 1900 retailed by West and Son of Dublin Ireland. It has been with the set as long as my Aunt has had it. Condition is great with a nice soft well cared for patina of Antique Sterling. No dings , dents or repairs and NO MONOGRAM or inscription, thus would make a really distinctive gift!!Weight is a grand 89 troy oz by my scale. Keep in mind this is approximate but pretty close. Height of coffeepot is 8 1/4" width is 6 1/2" Teapot is 10" wide and 6 1/2" high, Sugar is 6 1/4" high and 7 3/4" wide, Creamer is 6" wide. Marks of the three pieces of reed and barton are shown as are the hallmarks of the cream jug.Shipping will be 18.00 within the US, higher to other areas. Insurance to be determined. I do accept personal checks, money orders and PayPal. Thanks for looking and good luck!! The free listing tool. List your items fast and easy and manage your active items.
