's a superb quality 18k (marked) diamond and natural mined marquis sapphire eternity band ring. T are 9 marquis sapphires measuring approx. 4.5mm by 2mm and 9 small diamonds of excellent color and clarity. T is some facet wear to the sapphires but I can only see this with a 10x loupe. The setting is 18k yellow gold except the diamonds are set in 18k white gold. Very nice. Size 7. Vintage and pre-owned from about circa 1960-70.
