SUPERB ANTIQUE ENGLISH 18K GOLD DIAMOND RUBY SNAKE RING A superb heavy quality antique English, solid 18 carat gold ring; beautifully modelled as a coiled snake, its head set with lovely rich red rubies, and approx. 75 pts of sparkling old cut diamonds. A beautiful and fabulously wearable antique snake ring! CONDITION : All original and very good. Signs of wear commensurate with age and use, tiny hairline to tip of tail - easily remedied if desired and of little consequence. DEFECTS : None.DATE/MARKS : Around 1890/1900. Stamped '18c'. DIMENSIONS : Head 13 mm wide (1 inch = 25.4 mm). To give an impression of scale, the coin is 19 mm or ¾ of an inch diameter. RING SIZE : Leading edge 10 or T US (easily sized).
