This is a superb example of an antique .. Jasper Ware .. Sprigged Tea-Pot, ... made by `Josiah Wedgwood .. Staffordshire Potteries`, ... and dating to circa. 1900. The teapot is superbly decorated with a sprigged decoration of grecian figures or goddesses, ... a relief moulded leaf border embellishes the lid. The base bears a `Wedgwood` factory back-stamp .. as shown in the photos. The teapot is in very good condition. There are no cracks or chips. No damage or repairs. Length : 9.8 ins. / 25.0 cms.
