STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL HANDMADE FRENCH BACCARAT FOOTED COMPOTE DISH/TAZZA WITH RAISED AMBER DETAILING OVER FROSTED BANDS You are bidding on a rare and gorgeous Baccarat footed compote, also called a tazza, with scalloped rim, a wide band of frosted or satin glass and raised detailing done in beautiful amber depicting naturalistic art nouveau style birds and florals. The ping on this piece is amazing--it seems to ring forever. The dish is 7" in diameter at the rim on a base that is 3-1/2" in diameter. It stands 3-1/4" tall. The dish has a raised mark, Baccarat and Depose' under the rim. (Depose' certifies that an item was hand made in France.) T are no chips, no cracks, no faults in this dish at all.
