A Superb vintage solid cast metal desk top ink well set / stand with a beautifully detailed figure of a fox returning with it's kill, measures approx 8 1/2" long x 4 3/4" wide x 6" high, clean clear glass wells in fine condition locate securely in the base, decorated cast tops with good hinges no damage rear is the dip pen stand. The stand is dark green in colour complete with two old dip pens overall in excellent clean condition no damage or knocks base has signature but cannot make it out photo 6, underside has a part Registered number photo 8 the owner informed me he had at one time original paperwork with this stand but lost it and this number should be 288193 this dates to 1897, sorry I have no providence of this it is just what he said.
