The items I am selling are mostly European between 1880 to 1930 era. I have exquisite antique laces and textiles and I will try to send new listings to the auction almost every day. This auction is for this exquisite, late Victorian era circa 1880 - 90s French Normandie lace lappet . It has a gorgeous simple floral design, val lace is handmade and embroidery looks as it is also handmade as you cannot distinguish the front from the back. A great addition to any textile collection. Very beautiful, unusual . The pictures were taken with a macro lens to show the details but it is much more delicate and beautiful than the photos. 115 cms - 45 inches all around & almost 3 inches wide. In nice antique sturdy condition with light yellowish , usually found in very old textiles , but easy to refresh. Do not miss it, very charming and scarce !
