This is a superb signed bronze Art Deco pig figurine depicted in a standing pose . My bronze figurines come from a variety of sources including part clearance collections, quality antique fairs and small private sales which uncover pieces from the 18th,19th, 20th centuries and later periods, and include a variety of bronzes such as animalier, Art Nouveau, Art Deco. This is a wonderful bronze figurine of a pig which has excellent attention to detail. Impressed signature J. Moigneau to base. The figurine is mounted on a black marble base. The bronze has a fine dark patina. The condition is excellent. M easures some 7" high and some 12" long at base. A fine collectable bronze after Moigneau pig figurine which will display superbly.
