A most beautiful large VINTAGE figurine of a SITTING LADY by TAY ITALY. Signed G.TAGLIARIOLShe' s wearing a somptuous golden dress embellished with handpainted deep-red motifs. Lovely and delicat facial features.She sits on a bench, holding a bunch of pink roses. Behind this bench the master sculptor G. TAGLIARIOL signed his work, see photo 9. Striking vibrant colours.Very ornate base embellished with gold.Condition : VERY GOOD. mentionned for accuracy : A small chip to the paint on the backside of her dress (photo 7) Roses all OK. Rough spot on tip of shoe and a scratch on her nose.
