A superb c. mid 19thc (c.1850) Staffordshire figure of a Scottish archer with hunting horn portrayed in traditional Highland dress with a tartan scarf and sporran. Excellent attention to detail on this Scottish HIghlander. He holds a hunting horn in one hand. At his feet is an orange bow. His face is very nicely marked with red cheeks and a black handlebar moustache. Fine bright colourful costume detail of tartan scarf and coloured sporran. Height some 8.25" x 2.75" at base. This Staffordshire figure is in excellent and lovely condition. A superb 19th century staffordshire figure of a Scottish archer with hunting horn and bow which is very collectable. A fine addition to any Staffordshire collection.
