You are bidding on a set of five, superb, RAISED GOLD and hand painted Limoges cabinet plates that were made by Charles Ahrenfeldt for S & G. Gump Co. of San Francisco. These plates were probably made in the 1920s, maybe earlier. These JEWELED plates measure 10 3/8" and are in excellent condition without any chips, cracks, or crazing. These fancy plates feature beautiful hand painted pink roses and a very delicate, raised gold swag and bows design. To give you an idea of just how exquisite these plates are, even the bottom rim of the plates has heavy gold trim - very seldom do you even see that.
