It is sold out. the pictures are of the kit you are buying. The model is a stone and wooden structure. It includes all of the details shown in the pictures except the scenery, track and the small porter. It also includes new castings for the Mill Engine, Boiler, Abandoned Water Tank, Junk Piles, Workbenches, Shelves, Overhead Crane, and the massive stone wall at the front. The interior is also completely detailed including an overhead belt drive system to power the machinery. Also laser cut windows and shingles. The kit includes everything to build it into an fsm quality model. The instruction book is complete and detailed. It is considered one of the best in the industry. It will guide you thru every step of the construction and weathering process that SierraWest is so well known for. It includes numerous photos, drawings, lists of materials, paints and suggested tools to make the process easier. This kit weighs almost 2 1/2+ lbs. so it is chucked full of those items that make the SierraWest kits sought after. I bought the kit planning on building it. As much as I want to keep and build it I find myself in a position that I need to sell it. I have started the bidding at where I bought it several years ago. This kit is NOT BUILT / NOT STARTED / IN ITS ORIGINAL BOX. The kit is complete and would be a joy to build. all of the bags have not been opened. I have not taken out any parts of the kit for other uses. The outer box and the 2 boxes of castings have been opened but everything is as I received it straight from SierraWest Scale Models. The templates, roof cards and instructions are complete. Again, it has been opened but the contents are intact. The box is has minimal shelf wear. The photos are of the box, box contents, unopened casting box, template cards, and instruction book that are in the kit. I wanted you to be able to see the condition is as I described it.
