Description SWAMI FORTUNE CARDS For sale today is a bundle of approximately 500 fortune slips for Swami and similar Napkin Fortune Dispensers from the 1950's soda fountain era. If you are familiar with these Napkin Fortune Dispensers, such as Swami, Mr. Q, Wise Owl, Madam X and such, you know these slips are thin. They are mounted on a rod in the machine by the hole on one end. They are dispensed after you drop your penny for the answer to your question . One side of the slip gives you the answer to your question and a cute or funny definition of a word. The other side provides a lucky card with an explanation of its meaning. These are OLD and ORIGINAL and are in excellent condition. They will fit both the Swami & Madam - X machines. ---- You will receive - 1 BUNDLE of 500 CARDS only ! ---- In the photo I've shown a small pile of the bundles that I ran across as well as some of the loose fortunes so you can see some of the different colors & fortunes.
