This comic does not come with a COA, but it came from the collection of a man in Dallas, Texas, who worked for the biggest comic book store chain and he was a fanatic for getting his comic signed. I guarantee the authenticity of the signature. Just a couple light stress to the spine of the outer cover and the most minor bumps to the corners. Inner cover is nicer.
