This is real, marked Cambridge Glass Company elegant glass. A green vaseline swan, 8 1/2" long and 6" high. A flat polished base that shows wear, and the authentic Cambridge Glass Co. "C" in a triangle, on the bottom. In very good condition for its age, the swan has a minor 1/4" scratch on the neck base, and three minor chips at the rear of the wings, very hard to notice and acceptable for its age. A nice, elegant, large Cambridge green vaseline swan, likely made in the 1920s - 30s. Cambridge Glass Co. was in business from 1907 to 1958. After that, reproductions were made from the former Cambridge glass molds, by Imperial and Boyd's. Swans marked with a "B" are later Boyd reproductions, done after 1978.
