The original Swarovski "inner" box has the heavy duty formed foam (top and bottom). w the bear securely fits. It is the cover/top that is missing. The exterior 'sleeve' is what has the tear and I've shown close up photos of that. As far as shipping - It will be very securely packaged for safe shipping. Foam and bubble wrap type materials will be used. Also - it does include certificate of authenticity. that is the booklet. Thank you for questions!
