If you purchase a product on Saturday, and we get back to the office Monday morning, there may be 300 orders ahead of yours which then puts your order leaving our warehouse Tuesday. So putting 5 days in our handling time is something we have to do. However we strive to beat that time and get everything packaged and shipped right away. Return Policy : We do not accept returns however we do make some exceptions. All of our items come from a large stock as we are a high volume store. Some packages may have slight marks, scuffs, or dents in them. Everything is as stated, brand new, used or other wise.
