This auction is for one Absolutely Gorgeous Swarovski Crystal figurine. It's called Wonders of the Sea Community. It is a Crystal figurine which is not available to the general public. You need to be a member of the Swarovski Crystal Society (SCS) in order to be able to purchace this from a retailer. The main focus of Community is placed on the charming inhabitants of the South Seas: tree bannerfish. These members of the butterfly fish family have long dorsal fins and diagonal stripes. They are known for their community spirit and are extremely rare to find outside the school. Forming the backdrop to this piece, an amazingly filigree coral gives the impression it is swaying along with the warm currents of the South Seas. It comes in its original Swarovski Box lined with form fitting foam for protection during shipping or storage. T are three pieces to this beautiful piece. the first is the base to which the main crystal piece stands securely on. It has a small piece of padding on the bottom to resist scratching your furniture and is embossed with the Swarovski name and swan. (I would have posted a picture of this, but it doesn't show up in the picture). It is made to represent the sandy ocean floor. I do not know what the base is made of. The second piece is a heavy cardboard that is made to go in back of the clear crystal backing of the third piece. This has a picture of the ocean water. The third piece is a beautiful piece of coral with both clear and frosted crystal. Sitting on top of the coral are three Butterfly fish. All three fish are clear faceted crystal with yellow (Jonquil) and black Diamond Crystal fins. All three also have a black diamond Crystal eyeballs. It stands 7" tall and is 7-1/2 inches wide and appros 4-1/2" deep. This Crystal figurine also comes with a Swarovski Crystal Society Certificate of Authenticity. This certificate guarantees that community is an authentic, hand-finished original design is Swarovski Crystal. It further guarantees that this creation is reserved exclusively for SCS members.
