Sweet Dreamer Lucy is number 262 of 400 made. She was created by Charleen Kinser, a graduate of Chouinard Art Institute. She was part of the story team that won three times in Cannes. She returned to the US and started her company in 1977. Her clients included Bloomingdales. There are now over 120 creatures done by Charleen. Lucy needs a new home to inspire with her positive message
