Mr. Jelly Belly measures 11" tall. When you open his lid to get some jelly beans, he mentions a some of the different flavors. T is a button between his feet as well, that you can push and different flavors too. Box indicates t is a bag of jelly beans included. I can't guarantee how fresh they will be :) Takes 2 AA batteries which are included, but don't know how fresh they are. He is new in the box . . never removed.
