Huge *Leisure Time* Swingset / Playground Pick up in Gaithersburg, Maryland This set is only 4 years old. We are moving out of state and time to sell it. My 4 kids have had a great time with this set and there are many many more years of fun times left. It is in great condition and ready for some new little owners to enjoy it. I am starting the bidding super low but don't let that fool you.....this is a great swingset in excellent condition....just needs a handy person to take it home. Comes with everything you see in the picture. The little house to the right in the picture is listed in a separate auction. This is a final sale and buyer is responsible for dissassembling the swingset and transporting it to the new location. I would recommend atleast 2 people working to take it apart with power tools. Seller is not responsible for any damage that may occur while taking it apart and buyer will still need to by item if damaged during dissassembly and transport. Check out the little house in my other auction. I am also listing a child's picnic table.
